Early access · free 30-day trial · no card needed
A short daily check-in, built around the specific things you and your therapist are watching for — not a generic mood app. Two parents, one shared record, and a report that's ready before the appointment starts.
How it works
Before anything is built, we talk through it the way you would with a therapist: what matters to your family, the specific behaviors you're watching for, what a good day and a hard day actually look like for your kid. Today that's a recorded conversation; the plan is to build a guided version of it into the app itself.
No two families get the same questions. Yours are written from what you actually said, reviewed with you before anything goes live.
One shared passcode, one shared record. Whoever's home that night fills it in; the other parent sees it too, the next time they open the app.
Trends over time, flagged days, and your own notes — dated, in your own words — so the session starts with the week already on the table.
What a day looks like
Every family's card is different — these are examples, not a fixed list. Built with your therapist, changed as treatment changes.
Before you start
About 30 minutes for the first conversation — on a call, or written out if that's easier.
A signed program waiver before your family's app goes live — this isn't medical care, and it's meant to be used alongside your therapist, not instead of one.
A few minutes a day, on each parent's own phone, for the check-in itself.

This starts the conversation above — it doesn't create an account yet. We'll follow up to set up the first call and send the program waiver.
Thank you — we'll follow up by email to set up the first conversation and send the program waiver. Nothing about your family goes live until that's signed.
