Numbers your phone, your ring or your CPAP already collect can land on your card by themselves each morning: hours slept, resting heart rate, steps, CPAP hours and score, the ring's sleep and readiness scores. Your own device sends them. We never read your phone, your watch, your ring or your CPAP account.
How it works
On the Account & plan screen, under Connected sources, you make a key. Copy it. Until it has been used once, “Copy again” stays next to it on that device; after that nobody can read it back, not even us.
Right under the key, “What it fills” lists the numbers that source sends. Items that look right are picked for you; change any, or add a new item for a number you want to keep.
You put the key in a Shortcut on your iPhone, or in the small myAir or Oura script on your computer. Each morning it sends that day's numbers to your card.
The value appears on the card marked “filled in from Apple Health” or “from myAir”. Change it if it's wrong. What you type always wins, and a feed never overwrites something you typed.
What we keep, and what we don't
We keep the numbers you send, as ordinary card entries, with a note of where they came from. You can see, export and change every one.
We keep a fingerprint of your key, not the key itself. Turn it off any time on the Account screen.
We never hold a login for Apple, ResMed, Oura or anyone else. The Apple Shortcut runs on your phone; the myAir and Oura scripts run on your computer, and your passwords and Oura tokens never leave it.
A read-only account (trial or subscription ended) refuses feeds, like any other new answer.
Connected sources send numbers from a device or service you choose to your own card. Strongest Point stores those numbers as entries and a fingerprint of your key, nothing else. Apple, Apple Health, ResMed, myAir and Oura are trademarks of their owners; Strongest Point is not affiliated with them. Nothing here is medical advice.
